Refund Policy - Physical Products
You may return most physical items sold by AgriMetrica.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Refund Policy - Services & Subscriptions
AgriMetrica.com does not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on any of its service or subscription type products such as
  • E-books.
  • Downloadable software after the licence key has been purchased.
  • Email subscription content.
  • Data management services such as MilkLab, PenPal, ParlorPal or AssessmentPILOT.
All sales are final. In most cases these products are provided with an evaluation version, sample or period to give you ample opportunity to determine product value. Subscription products are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at the end of each month. (See below)

Cancellation Policy: Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription such as MilkLab are automatically billed on the first of each month for that month. Although there are no refunds, you may cancel at any time prior to the end of the month to avoid future billing. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the month at which time your data will be deleted and access to your account will be suspended.
Shipping Policy
  • All orders ship UPS Ground.
  • Expedited shipping available upon request at customers expense. For shipping rates other than UPS Ground please contact us for quotes.
  • UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
  • All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping and handling fee. You will contacted with and be responsible for these charges.
  • Overseas orders are welcome. Once order is placed you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping rates by email.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (email or fax ) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise immediately.
